Haridwar Murder: Man Cuts Girlfriend’s Throat in Public Over Relationship Issues, Caught by Police on Spot

A shocking incident took place in Haridwar’s Sidcul area on Monday where a man allegedly killed a woman in a public space. The accused, who is reported to have been in a relationship with the woman for around four years, attacked her with a sharp weapon.

The woman has been identified as Hansika Yadav, a resident of Navodaya Nagar. According to the police, the two had reportedly stopped communicating recently due to personal differences.

Eyewitnesses say the attack happened in broad daylight, drawing attention from bystanders. Police arrived at the scene shortly after the incident and arrested the man on the spot.

Preliminary investigation suggests a personal dispute as the possible motive behind the attack. The accused is currently in police custody and being questioned. Further investigation is underway.
